S.A. Office was established in 1984 by Amos Avtalion Amos Avtalion began his career in 1980 as an elementary house appraiser, a member of the Insurance Appraisers Association in Israel, at Menorah Insurance Company and other insurance companies, as well as a risk surveyor for businesses and construction work. In 2005, after completing studies and training, his son Hagay Avtalion joined the office Hagay Avtalion also specializes in safety surveys for educational institutions, is an authorized educational institution inspector for the Ministry of Education and a graduate of the Israeli Standards Institute.
